隨住近年元宇宙概念大熱,吸引各大企業紛紛涉足,最近連鎖快餐店龍頭麥當勞亦加入行列,申請多個元宇宙商標,計劃開設虛擬餐廳,舉辦虛擬音樂會等活動,睇嚟大家唔使好耐就食到虛擬開心樂園餐,但係咪可以用「滑嘟嘟幣」畀錢先?
據外媒《Forbes》報導,日前商標律師Josh Gerben發現麥當勞喺今個月4號提交咗10個元宇宙商標申請,文件提及到會經營一間提供虛擬及實體商品嘅虛擬餐廳,並會提供送貨上門服務。另外,麥當勞亦為旗下嘅咖啡廳「McCafe」申請埋元宇宙商標,表示會提供虛擬音樂會及其他娛樂服務。

事實上,早前Nike、Walmart、Skechers等大企業都相繼進駐元宇宙,就連美國連鎖麵包店Panera Bread都喺月頭為其虛擬食品申請元宇宙商標,睇嚟之後會愈嚟愈多食品大企業加入。
