雞蛋營養又易煮,係唔少人嘅飛佛,當中口感柔軟嘅奄列都算受歡迎之選,不過就咁食奄列,可能有啲寡,就算有萌萌女僕用茄汁畫公仔加持都未切必啱你嘅重口味,更可況係冇呢~想令奄列味道更豐富,不如試下加入芝士,整個流心芝士奄列,做法好簡單,實冇失手!(好似係)

首先準備3粒蛋、1-2片芝士同埋少許鹽
|

然後打晒三隻蛋,喺蛋入面加入少少鹽再攪拌均勻,最後過篩一次

跟住將蛋液倒入平底鑊入面,用細火慢煎,過程中要用筷子不斷攪拌,煎到八分熟左右就減慢攪拌速度

喺蛋入面加入芝士片,然後由單邊將蛋皮慢慢內捲,另一邊都係咁做
