咖啡、雪糕同埋朱古力,都係好多人嘅飛佛,咁如果將佢哋三合一,又會變成咩呢?就係紅到連CNN都特登狗衝去報導嘅網路爆紅美食「咖啡甜筒」(#coffeeinacone)喇!

所謂「咖啡甜筒」,其實就係一款將咖啡倒入甜筒入面享用嘅新派甜品,雖然呢款甜品今年一月先推出,但喺網路上已經有超過100萬次Share,係咪好威風先!

唔講唔知,原來呢款「咖啡甜筒」係來自一間南非約翰尼斯堡的嘅The Grind Coffee Company Cafe,店主Dayne Levinrad,見客人特別鍾意咖啡、雪糕同埋朱古力,於是就試下將三樣嘢溝埋一齊,研製出「咖啡甜筒」。

咪睇「咖啡甜筒」好似好簡單,一啲難度都冇,實際上研發過程困難重重,由於一般甜筒都較薄身,倒入咖啡就會好易漏汁,於是佢哋特登買咗機器,研究不同麵粉製做嘅獨家甜筒,再喺中間加入朱古力,令咖啡冇咁易滲出嚟之餘,味道都更有層次。
